O percurso da Casfil foi periodicamente marcado por ciclos de investimento, que se traduziram num rápido, mas sustentado crescimento.



Principais marcos históricos no percurso da Casfil:

1981 Constituição da empresa. A Casfil iniciou a sua actividade com o objectivo de se dedicar à produção e impressão de filmes plásticos flexíveis para a indústria alimentar, de cosmética e de sabões. O arranque da actividade ocorreu com 4 colaboradores em instalações arrendadas e de carácter temporário com máquinas de imprimir rotativas.

1986 A Casfil adquiriu instalações próprias onde construiu o seu primeiro pavilhão e comprou novos equipamentos para diversificação da linha de produtos e mercados.

1989 Ampliação das instalações e novos investimentos de equipamentos. Nova diversificação em termos da gama de produtos e mercados.

1992 Aumento de instalações e aquisição de equipamentos. Início do processo de internacionalização.

Atribuição consecutiva anual do estatuto “PME Excelência Indústria” pelo IAPMEI de 1996 a 2001, ano de término deste prémio.

1996/97 Projecto de investimento que permitiu aumentar a área das instalações e a capacidade produtiva, consolidando e fortalecendo os mercados de exportação.

1999 Certificação do Sistema de Gestão de Qualidade da Casfil pela norma NP EN ISO 9002:1995.

2000/1 Investimento aumenta significativamente a área coberta e a capacidade produtiva, diversificando a produção e consequentemente fortalecendo a implantação da empresa nos mercados externos.

2003 Certificação do Sistema de Gestão de Qualidade da Casfil pela norma NP EN ISO 9001:2000.

2005 Prémio “Melhor Desempenho no Sector Químico Português”, atribuído pela prestigiada revista de negócios EXAME.

2006 Investimento em linha completa de filme BOPP, com grande ampliação de área coberta.
