As ocorrências que envolvam troca ou devolução devem ser comunicadas previamente à nossa Central de Atendimento. Caso algum produto seja devolvido sem essa comunicação, fora do prazo legal ou com ausência de itens/acessórios que o acompanhem, ele será reenviado sem consulta prévia.

Caso ocorra uma das hipóteses abaixo, você deve recusar o recebimento do pedido:

- Embalagem aberta ou avariada;
- Produto avariado;
- Produto em desacordo com o pedido;

Se alguma dessas hipóteses só for constatada após o recebimento, por favor, entre em contato com a nossa Central de Atendimento ou envie um e-mail para [e-mail].
